La'Shawn J. Waters, LPCMH, NCC
La’Shawn J. Waters is the founder and CEO of Phoenix Healing Services. In the course of her career, she has counseled individuals, families, and couples struggling with many different issues including depression, communication barriers, anxiety, anger management, marital issues, grief and loss, along with a variety of life stressors.
La’Shawn has a diverse range of experience with various demographics across the lifespan, including but not limited to children, adolescents, adults and geriatric with all levels of severity from mild life change stressors to those who struggle with chronic mental illness. She has administered therapy in homes, schools and in the community as well as in traditional outpatient settings.
Most recently, La’Shawn’s experience has expanded to military service members, spouses and children as a Military and Family Life Counselor for the Air National Guard and Army National Guard.

La’Shawn’s approach is an integrative combination of person-centered, cognitive-behavioral and emotion-focused therapies given in a gentle yet direct manner. In a session with La’Shawn, she will listen and respond intentionally while noting recurring themes that may keep clients stuck. Clients have described La’Shawn as encouraging, reassuring, compassionate and can also bring her sense of humor into the therapeutic experience, which overall has created an environment of comfort and safety.
Kamaria Bluntson, NCC
Kamaria Bluntson has facilitated therapy with individuals of all ages, families, couples and groups in community, school, and outpatient settings. She has experience working with those who are living with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideations, self-harm behaviors, grief, and trauma.

Kamaria has received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wilmington University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has five years’ experience working with adolescents in school and community settings facilitating psychoeducation/support groups on sex, teen dating violence, and drugs. She is LGBTQIA+ friendly. She has also years of early education experience with children ages birth through 8 years doing early interventions, attachment therapy, intensive family plans and parenting classes. Kamaria has also worked with adult and geriatric populations.

Eclectic in her therapeutic approach, Kamaria implements techniques from narrative, solution-focused, and cognitive behavior therapy depending on the needs of the client. In session, Kamaria challenges the client to think of their experiences separate from their identity. She works with them to identify their strengths and empowers them to develop new ones. Clients have commented that therapy with Kamaria is ‘work’ but appreciate that she is relatable and creates a warm and positive environment.

Meghan Logue Bell, NCC
With a diverse background in mental health care, holding a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Goldy-Beacom College, alongside a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from King’s College, Meghan brings a unique blend of therapeutic expertise to her practice.
With extensive experience in both school and outpatient settings, Meghan has worked with children of all ages, conducting individual and group sessions. Specializing in developmental disabilities, she offers compassionate support through individual and family sessions. Meghan warmly welcomes children and adults grappling with a range of challenges, including anxiety, trauma, and life transitions.
Embracing a holistic, patient-centered approach, Meghan integrates solution-focused and cognitive behavior therapy techniques tailored to each individual’s needs. She emphasizes mindfulness and equips clients with coping strategies essential for navigating life’s complexities.
Empathetic, skilled, and dedicated, Meghan Logue Bell is committed to fostering holistic healing and empowering clients on their journey towards mental well-being.
Kristie Watunya LPCMH, CADC, NCC
Kristie is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health, licensed in the State of Delaware. Kristie has over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health which includes working with diverse populations in a variety of settings.
Kristie has been committed to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges through compassionate and evidence-based counseling. Her practice is rooted in creating a safe, supportive space for clients to explore, heal, and grow. Kristie specializes in addressing a range of issues, including trauma, substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, grief, and personality disorders. She integrates techniques from Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and mindfulness practices.
